Make enemy hard to deal with(mostly about HP) but more chance to survive.

Tank health 8000 (4000x2)

Data above is under Normal difficulty.
If you want to challenge 800HP common infected (x4 again) and 16000HP Tanks, just choose this mutation and play it under Realism Expert again. LOL.
