Shaved Hair Retexture

Description
Extremely simple patch to replace the "Shaved" hairstyle texture with a blank one. Mainly exists because the Shaved texture sometimes causes hairless alien races to look weird.

Ty for this. This should solve my "Look Change Desired" problem with my Frijjid colonist who insists on having shaved hair.
