This reskin mod mainly improved the texture, adding some details and darken the texture but wetter. It's also Included the Fixed L4D1 Mudmen Face as well

The Required Item is somewhat optional but It's recommended to add up more variety of Sewers Peoples

Mudwomen is not technically related to this mod, considering this is a reskin mod.
So you may have to comment on mudwomen mod about this problem
