Chaos champions

Description
I made a unit that is the equivalent to slightly buffed chosen while taking a few things from aspiring champions.
They are available at the tier 4 chaos warrior building and their about the same as two chosen units with great weapons.
They benefit from chosen techs.

i will consider that or maybe something like adding additional cap for certain buildings so you get that building then you can recruit more

Hey! This mod is nice, but I think they need the caps because they are so strong. And now there is no reason to recruit other chaos infantry.
