Finding without the mod. I dont really know where It is located excatly. But I do know I uploaded it as a traffic sign. So u should find somewhere in there.

These black and white bollards are called "Vluchtheuvelbakens" (traffic island beacons) These are most commonly used on mediums to seprate two diffrent types of traffic lanes.
