Description

CHEROKEE (MOYTOY)
Unique Trait: Emperor of the Cherokee
Buildings constructed in the Capital are transferred to cities without them so long as they have a Council House. Cities receiving a Building in this way generate a burst of Influence with all known City-States.

Unique Unit: First Beloved Man
The First Beloved Man replaces the Great General for the Cherokee. This unit is spawned as one of two forms. White First Beloved Men are spawned during peace, whilst Red First Beloved Men are spawned during war. Unlike Great Generals, White First Beloved Men can only be used to hurry Production (at a lesser rate than Great Engineers). Red First Beloved Men, on the other hand, begin with the Medic promotion, causing nearby friendly units to heal at a faster rate. Red First Beloved Men also have +1 additional Movement. Points toward First Beloved Men of both kinds are generated through Population growth rather than combat.

Unique Building: Council House
The Council House replaces the Amphitheater for the Cherokee. It enables the city to receive Buildings constructed by the Capital. When a Building is received in this way, the Capital receives a burst of Food based on this city's Food Per Turn. Ensure that Council Houses and the Capital work together so that food and production flow freely throughout your civilization. Contains 1 slot for a Great Work of Writing.

Unfortunately the Beloved Man mechanic does not seem to work. Might be some interaction with other mods, I'm not sure.

As for the building mechanic, I thought it would give the building to one other city. But no, it gives the building to ALL your cities that don't have it. So you're spending the production for one building and getting it 5 times or more. And then for some reason you also get +10 influence with all city-states for each of those buildings, cause the ability wasn't powerful enough when it just made production worth 5 times more. So if you have cheap things to build you get like 50 influence per turn with all City-States. Oh, and your capital grows a shitton from all that as well.

I guess if you're used to playing on Prince and want to try Deity this could end up being somewhat balanced.

I am still in the early game, size 8 capital, so not terribly big, but I am getting 2-3 BM's every other turn. I've gotten about every wonder available to me, and am still churning out BM's. I think the cost on these dudes may need to be lowered. Playing with Vox populi if that matters.

I cannot get the First Beloved Man to work, I get points for them when my cities grow but the beloved men are never born, even if the counter is something like 300/200 GG points

I do but only when I'm actually intending to do so. I can't fix everything as might be whimmed.

Hey - have started a MP game with my mate. We have all the same mods and it all works fine, except for some reason my mate sees the nation colours differently to what I see. I see what they should be, but the colours are different for him. Hes playing as Richard I England - so should be red and yellow, he sees them as blue or something...Any ideas?

i tried the mod, and i think i encountered a bug. i built some council houses in my capital and a bunch of cities, but it didnt only give the buildings that i built in the capital to the other cities, but also the wonders and the religious buildings... thats kinda overpowered and i dont think its supposed to happen xD
