XelSword's Bloodsucker Sells You Provisions

Description
I made XelSword's Sanitarium Bloodsucker into the provisions guy, because I have a different mod installed which I also replaces the Sanitarium Worker.

Originally, this was just made for me, but I decided to make it public (with XelSword's permission) in case anyone else wanted to use it. Not sure why you would.

@confusedplaid you can reach out to XelSword if you want, I posted the link to XelSword's original post of this mod and you can find their profile there. IIRC they are planning to do some reskins for the Bloodsucker Enemies but IDK when that's going to happen.

She is so adorable and awesome, I am hoping this art can someday used for a Bat type bloodsucker class.I sadly have no talent, so I will just have to hope and cross my fingers.
