Removable Resources and Features: Fixificated

Description
All credit for the original mod goes to TC, the real author.
This is an unlicensed bugfix edition.

This mod allows all resources to be harvested, thus removed from the map. It also grants the ability to remove flood plains upon researching Engineering.

See the original mod page for full details--and while you're there, give it the ol' rate 'n fav.

Original version by TC. This version corrects some SQL issues that caused the mod not to work with newer versions of the game.

About Fixification:
I game on multiple computers, so making local edits to the Workshop files leads to divergent versions of the same mod. Add that in to Steam's habit of occasionally downloading a "clean" version of the mod files, and keeping things straight using local solutions just didn't cut it.

I made these Fixificated versions solely for my own convenience, but seeing the frustration of some folks in the comment sections of the original mods, I wanted to share them with the community. Absolutely no offense is intended to the original authors, who are welcome to incorporate these changes into their original, should they desire. If the original version gets updated (or at the author's request), this version will get taken down.

@Brunhrafn It works, but it's not compatible with mods that add resources. I'm switching to "Truly Abundant Resources" because it's compatible with JNR's resources mods, and does the same thing. You don't have to use the "abundant" setting.

Does this mod still work?

@bakker Joop It could also be a bug with loading from the in-game menu rather than the Main Menu. I've been having that issue without installing this mod.

This mod totally ruins floodplains. You can't see which tiles are submerged or flooded anymore.

Just harvested some pesky Iron blocking a planned Campus district. Thank you!

When was the availability to remove floodplains added?

As of right now.
You have to save a new game and reload it to get this to work.
Don't know why and it's not hard. Just for those that download it and think its not working.

@Sparta That's my concern about this mod as well, searched through the discussion thread of the original mod but found no answers.
