描述
Changes royal titles to give more permit points, and shorter cooldowns and costs for aid.

Grants an extra permit point with every title gained, for a total of 12 permit points grants (vanilla 5). This allows for you to unlock all vanilla permits.

Also vastly decreases the cooldown times for the actions:

FoodDrop 45 -> 15
SteelDrop 45 -> 15
SilverDrop 45 -> 15
GlitterMedDrop 45 -> 15

LabourerTeam 60 -> 8
LabourerGang 60 -> 16

MilitaryAidSmall 40 -> 4
MilitaryAidLarge 50 -> 7
MilitaryAidGrand 60 -> 14

OrbitalStrike 45 -> 3
OrbitalSlavo 60 -> 6

TransportShuttle 40 -> 1

Decreases favor cost for transport shuttle from 8 to 1.

Hmm, call in two orbital salvos(plus have third one half way off-cooldown) per one food/steel/silver/med drop (timewise)?

I'll probably do small edits for myself, but I would love to see in-game mod options for your mod.
I'm personally going for something like military aid 10/15/20, orbital strike/salvo 7/14 etc.

Tbh I prefer this mod and it works just fine with that Royal Arsenal- Extra Permits mod also!

@WMG Unfortunately, that mod alters the same things as this one, and they will not work together. If you try and load them both at once they will likely break each other. Best case scenario they don't break but in instances where they change the same code, whichever mod is loaded later will ultimately be the one to have the final say.

Hey, its cool you got this mod here that really helps make the permits more useful overall, especially with the transport shuttle. Though i gotta ask, this mod here does some similar stuff. If I do install both mods, what sort of conflicts would there be and which way should I have these loaded to have the least amount of conflicts?
