Can you make the notification for "Permit Choice Ready" not show up until one is actually able to select a permit?

Ah right. Thought it was a bug because I'm getting the notification to choose a permit.

@Seanbeag Correct. It's kinda like being famous, but no one cares. I tried to balance is a little bit around starting colonies. It was way too easy to get a title upon starting a new colony, and basically eliminated some of the initial difficulty. This way you get the first promotion pretty fast and now have extra points to spend, and keep that hint of new colony difficulty.

great mod!! any chance of 1.4 update?

@whitespacekilla - Yeah, hence the disclaimer. I threw this together back in 2020 because there were no other options for what this mod does. As for how compatible it is, it worked fine for me and my over-modded game with no issues. Rather than talk about hypothetical incompatibilities to advertise another mod, maybe try to be helpful for other people and say "'X' mod wont work", or "This will make mods with 'Y' kill your garden." Help me help you, to help others.
