Dynasty Name ≠ Realm Name

I've always found it rather irritating that many cultures in the game force your dynasty name as the realm title, overriding even changes that you, as the player, make to the title name. Meaning that in order to change the name of your realm into what you want written on the map you have to change your dynasty name to "Empire of the Big Booty Baboon" or whatever. Which just kills the RP, doesn't it? In lieu of Paradox making it togglable or something; this mod fixes that.

While I did find another mod on here that does the same thing, that one only changes three culture groups. Mine changes them all.

Should be compatible with anything that doesn't alter the 00_insertculturenamehere files. (00_arabic/00_berber/etc)
