+Uair has been slightly reanimated, the final hit has the parasol open up which sends him upwards by a small amount

+Fair sfx altered so it doesnt sound really weird

from what i tested no desyncs seemed to occur, you and the player you faced against might've had different local versions of the characters (which is the main cause of desyncs)

you can fix it via uninstalling & reinstalling the char lol
