Balanced steel mills

Description
The pack contains 2 steel mills with balanced consumption.

Ingame consumption of iron and coal is much more high than real life numbers. So, I edited the steel mill which now consumes nearly x2 coal and iron to make 75t of steel per day (with more electricity). Also, I edited the steel mill and made second factory which needs more workers to produce the same amount directly from iron ore and coal ore.

Thank you very much. I have went from struggling to actually having fun now thanks to your mod. I I have always built all of my contructions first before going onto to other productions) after 10mill runs out, its very hard to work with loans when you cant generate revenue. Now I have become wealthy Russian Oligark, (In Russian Voice) has anyone seen my yaht? The damned Americans must have seized it again, this makes the 3rd one in a month, Da!

This may be balanced in terms of real life production, but then the price would need to be cut in half in game. I like these, just they make it very easy to make tons of money.
