Modified Perfect Parclo

Description
A modified parclo based on the Partial Cloverleaf by YUMBLtv. Includes optimized lane counts for traffic management. Meant to connect to 3 lane highways. Mass transit required and traffic manager and node controller are strongly recommended to manage lanes.
