Description
NORBYTE'S SCRIPT EXTENDER [github.com] IS REQUIRED

FRESH RELEASE
Unfortunately I can not guarantee (i wish i could) there will be no glitches with this mod, since it is an early 1.0 version and needs to be tested in a few full playthroughs with different conditions. We have done our best to test this mod but there still can be cases we didn't encounter, in case of any unappropriate acting please report it directly to the Issues Discussion. Any Issues will be resolved ASAP.

IMPORTANT: if you don't use a mod manager for DOS2 consider rechecking mod in the modlist since it sometimes gets disabled on update.

Very short "What does it do?"

It let's you put in and pull items out just by holding CTRL and pressing on an item, it will transfer items to a container you have currently opened. Works with everything that has a container: backpacks, chests, crates, bones, dirt, atoms, subatoms. Everything. That's all, that's simple. Read below for more.

Why this exist and what is it for?

This mod targets one group of people. People who love keeping their stuff organized. DOS2 gives you backpacks and chests to store items but doesn't give you a proper tool to put your stuff inside. You can drag&drop items, you can... you can't. You can only drag&drop items one by one until you get old and die, or forget to pay an utility bill so your PC will shut down because your house is already beeing sieged and power was turned off. To not let this happen this mod exists, to get rid of drag&dropping. Now you can put in and pull items out of your container by holding CTRL and pressing on them, hence save time.

Compatibility.

Should be compatible with anything, but if a mod changes any containers files you will sometimes use an item instead of moving it. Ask another mod's author if any of these files were edited: containerInventory.swf, partyInventory.swf.

Is it normal that I don't have to push CTRL in order to transfer items in the opened container? In fact it's easier like this but I wonder.

@laetansky

Thanks for this mod!!

How hard would it be to add a functionality to drop items directly to the ground?

That would be amazin!
