Black Armory + Early Times Patch

Description
A simple patch mod that tinkers a few things to help Black Armory and Early Times to work more nicely/smoothly with each other in a way I like.

Adds Black Powder from Black Armory as a requirement for flak armor and gunsmithing
Removes Firearms research project and crafting recipe (but not the guns themselves) from game
Adds Basic Smithing (Early Times) as a requirement to Black Powder
