The Reliant Robin is a small three-wheeled car produced by the Reliant Motor Company in Tamworth, England. It was offered in several versions (Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3) over a period of 30 years. It is the second-most popular fibreglass car in history, with Reliant being the second-biggest British car manufacturer for a time. Classed as a city car!
Sadly the loved robin is becoming instinct on the roads. only half a million were produced. Ended in 2001. Production continued of the Robin model until 2001 when shareholders decided to import Ligier microcars and Piaggio Ape three-wheelers instead. Jonathon Heynes sold his shares and left the company before production ended because he wished to create an all-new four-wheeled Reliant model instead.

The Robin and its relatives, being three-wheeled, are officially classed as motorcycles, so require half as much road tax as a standard car. The Reliant company was founded in 1935 to build vans, and did not produce its first car until 1952. Was the perfect economy car to calmly cruise in the city. That's if you're not jeremy clarkson though... "here we go.. reliant robin ~Bubump SCCCRRRRohRAAAAAAAPPPoohPPPPPPppppp'h ohh no! I've crashed it. I crashed it almost immediately I mean, literally 20 feet."

QNA
Q: How do i access the front tow point?
A: Oddly it works fine for me but for a lot of people they can't access it. You can easily access the front tow hook by looking through the top of the hood. Locating the tow hook As 1x4 wedges have a giant gap in the middle

May the reliant be with you
