Description
made redesigns for a few isaac items wich make sense and stay in the the binding of isaac style.(A few of them will probably be uploaded again seperatly but this is the main mod)

-a bit more bloody
-im proud of the redesign for my reflection :)

(if theres is any issues in this description tell me and i will fix it)

I made a lot of updates in a really short time and thats why this mod is not gonna get updated again!
im gonna focus on other stuff now and when this message is deleted theres a new update STAY TUNED!

Could you post screen shots without the smoothing filter? It makes it difficult to notice the changes to the sprites...
