Hoi!! This is a simple mod which replaces "Chased by Death" (Mother's Shadow theme) with the song "Sponge Monger" from SpongeBob SquarePants.

You are probably talking about the mod "Grass Skirt Chase as Chased By Death" right? They are different, this one uses the song "Sponge Monger" not "Grass Skirt".
