A2021 Parclo AB2 Interchange Sunken

CS Service Interchanges (modded)

Description
This is a Parclo AB2 Interchange also known as a 'Folded Diamond' Interchange. It's a 'service interchange', connecting a highway to a regular road network. This version has the service road going underneath the highway.

You can easily place two of these interchanges near each other, granting you two highway connections close to each other without causing problems with traffic (see screenshot). This interchange is also very handy when you need an interchange next/close to a tile you haven't unlocked yet!!

Interested in more service interchanges? Check out the Collection

- Cost: 23.920,-
- Maintenance: 319,-
- Size: 62x52
- Max. height: ground level
- Min. height: -10m
- Nodecount: 21
- Lane mathematics are applied for a good traffic flow.
- Lane connections have been applied.
- No clipping lightposts/streetlights (lights going through roads situated above them)

- As always; flatten the entire area the blueprint/template covers.
- To fully enjoy this interchange you need to subscribe to a couple of mods. These mods do not affect your games performance. They only add extra very handy tools to your game.

Because '3-lane highways' are the most commonly used highway type on maps, I've created this interchange to be connected (the highway ends on the interchange) to these 3-lane highways. The 4th lane on the 4-lane highways are used as exit and entry lanes.

Enjoy!

Want to know how 'Lane mathemetics' work and how to use the functions of TM:PE? I recommend watching some of Biffa's traffic fixing video's on Youtube

Any comments, suggestions and/or feedback is much appreciated! And if you like this collection so much that you think others should see it as well, then please rate it!

@block_buster: Just did! All my interchanges are 'Network Anarchy' compatible. So instead of the Fine Road Tool mod you can use that mod instead without issues!

I'll change the required items list!

Could you make one with the network anarchy mod instead of the fine road tool?

ah ok thanks. Am subscribed to all your intersections, and the same day as airports release you updated all of them so had to find my mods that were updated in between all your intersections, lol. Love them all and always look forward to choosing which one to use:steamhappy:

@Elistone: TM:PE is now availlable in the Editor. I've used it to apply 'lane connections', 'removed crosswalks', allow 'through movement' and changed 'speed limits' where necessary. TM:PE is not necessary to load and place the interchanges, but without it you do not have these added features. (unfortunately 'Timed Traffic Lights' are not an option (yet)).
