When Great People birth in a civilization that has a friendly relationship with your civilization, you get Bonuses and Great People Points by kinds of them. When Great Writer, Engineer, and Stage Girl births, they provide Great People Points of each others, except his or hers.

Stage Girl
Replaces the Great Musician. When born, it provides stage girl points to other cities, and the concert efficiency is higher than that of musicians.

Music School
Replaces the Opera House. Has 2 Music and Musician Slots and provides Great Musician Points. If music slots are filled with musics made by the same civilization in the same era, the city's culture and birth rate of Great People will increase further.
