Introducing Slavery

Description
Long time ago, pirate traders were buying your tribals and selling you rottweilers. Then, pretty long ago as well, Tynan broke something, and they are extinct orbital animals now. With this simple patch, "slave ships" (pirate traders) will appear without population check (which seems to be broken or something), using default frequency in pool. Also, they'll have 50% more slaves now (2~8 instead of 2~4).

Q: Why do I need a "slave ship" if I already have 20 pawns?
A: To sell your prisoners, art or imperial implants... It's just dumb that in endgame you can sell slaves to empire only.

Q: Why did you gave them more slaves?
A: Slavers with two pet "fragile gourmands" are not slavers.

Q: It breaks balance, isn't it?
A: If you buy every slave they sell, Randy will break you in two... with his bare hands.

Q: CE?

Not rn, but it should work anyways. Turn it on despite the notice. My update would also be only a number change.

you can use the humanoid alien mod framework mod and then download some mods that use it and it will add the xenophobic meme for an ideoligion iyw
