wac sr-71 blackbird fixed spawn

Description
sr-71 blackbird but with fixed spawn because the wac version has the spawn of the plane exploding, u can stll get it but only if u really know how to

(note)
when you spawn the plane pick it with the physgun fast otherwise it will fall on the floor and explode, i noticed that so try to pick it fast!
