No Grass Cup Terrains

Description
This is an edited version of Urban's Low Grass CUP Terrains. This mod sets the scale of grass/clutter to 10% the size of the original mod. Made this for myself but saw people had requested such a mod so I decided to post it. Credit to Urban for his mod.

Amazing mod. Very useful! Doesn't work on CUPS 2.0, but works on normal CUPS maps.
