But you could always find out yourself by downloading both and seeing what happens.
This uses textures that came from l4d1, and i guess the creator of the content fix mod thought it to be useful to add unusable materials to their mod, sicne it doesn't even have textures.
If you do have that missing content fix, either unsubscribe from it, or rearrange your loardorder to have that "fix" mod be lowest possible priority.
And maybe dell the dev to not ship his fix mod with materials that are missing textures, or whatever he did
It's no ones fault but I thought i'd let you guys know.
