Info:

The DF-250 was developed in the early 90's by Djert Flugzeugbau AG as a light multipurpose helicopter.
The helicopter features a spacious cabin with large clamshell doors to easily load cargo and passengers. The A-3 model was introduced in 2019 and features a full glass cockpit, FADEC for both engines and an autopilot. The model was quickly adopted by multiple agencies, such as the Sawyer Air Rescue service.

Startup:

1. Master Battery - ON
2. Avionics master - ON
3. Light test - PRESS AND HOLD, check all warning lights on
4. Nav + Anti-Collision lights - ON
5. Engine mode switch - PRESS UP ONCE
6. Wait for IDLE message on VMS page
7. Gen Bus - ON
8. Engine mode switch - PRESS UP ONCE
9. Wait for FLIGHT message on VMS page
10. Check all warning lights OFF
11. Strobe lights - ON
12. Landing lights - AS DESIRED
13. Ready for takeoff.

Shutdown:

1. Switch Idle Safety Lock to ON
2. Idle Lock UNSAFE light - ON
3. Engine mode switch - PRESS DOWN ONCE
4. Wait for IDLE message on VMS page
----------FOR TOTAL SHUTDOWN---------
5. Engine mode switch - PRESS DOWN ONCE
6. STOP message appears on VMS page
7. Wait for STOP message to dissapear
8. Switch Idle Safety Lock to OFF
9. Idle Lock UNSAFE light - OFF
10. All lights - OFF
11. Gen Bus - OFF
12. Avionics master - OFF
13. Battery master - OFF
14. Shutdown complete

RC controls:

1. Make sure disable RC on the overhead panel is OFF
2. Equip the RC and switch to channel 4
3. Pressing 1 and 2 controls the winch (helpful when you've fallen out)
4. Pressing 6 enables remote flight control (use normal flight control inputs)

Notes:

-It's best to crouch when putting persons in the seats in the back otherwise the helicopter might glitch, nothing serious though
-The camera/spotlight rotates by itself because I use velocity pivots to give it a full range of motion.
