use on voidscraper map. activate the i-beam, then the zero point battery, and then remove the fixed cable. you can press j to activate the time thing, as it is too difficult to try to activate it yourself with context menu and f

considering the tendency for devs to delete their workshop items rather than fix them, it's likely gone
unless one of us still have the files for it (likely broken - why else would they run?) in some steam workshop folder
