Hidden throughout the wasteland are 20 Vault-Boy bobbleheads,which once found offer various additions to your character's perks such as upgrading one of your skills or adding points to your SPECIAL skills. position of each bobblehead.

Great, simple instructions that can easily be followed ... as long as you don't stare to long at the Yellow and Black Headers - as you might go blind ... I appreciate the directions - great job!
