Location
After the first mission at the begining go down the map. Go up on the hill like on the screen's below And there you will find first (green) skull.
Drop off
Now the drop off is in the supermarket.
2# Brown Skull (ACT I) Developer's 666 Craft
Location
After completing the "BLACK HAWK DOWN" mission go down in the bunker.
take skull from the ground.
Drop off
So I marked drop off on the map.
You will see some boards.
Just climb like on the screen's when you be there.
And there is our drop off!
3# Orange Skull (ACT II) Developer's No. 1 Craft
Location
When you are at mission in supermarket you will find this skull in a shopping cart under the stairs.
Drop off
Then when you will getting back through the sewers you will find place like this.
Just go up on the ladder and turn right into the room.
4# Purple Skull (ACT II) Developer's No. 4 Craft
Location
So when you first time get into the sewers and open the gate you will see this corridor. Turn right and go like on the screens.
There will be a ladder.
Go up on it and turn right. TAKE THE PURPLE SKULL!!!
Drop off
Now go to place i marked on map for you. (We're still in the same city)
Go up the stairs and find the stove.
Also in the opposite room u can find the blue skull!
5# Blue Skull (ACT II-I) Developer's No. 3 Craft
Location
So this one is in opposite room to the drop off for the purple skull.
Drop off
Now i marked for you location of "Guy in need".
Go up the ladder and take "little red barrels".
Now put them next to the "awesome doors" and say "Sesame open up!". (just shoot)
Hang your skull on the wall.

The Orange skull drop off is up the ladder and inside a little room off the first big room in the sewers when you leave town hall to go to the Supermarket

As it turns out you have to go the opposite direction of the gate that it directs you through with the quest directions At the branch where it would send you to the left towards town hall explore to the right branch.

The purple skull directions could use a bit more guidance. I thought it was talking about the path that you go to get to town hall but apparently it isn't that. If you aren't going to pull those wikia maps then at least tell people which directions you go from the entrance of the sewers so they can find it. Pictures at the spot don't really help when there's several spots that look very similar. So I wound up backtracking and trying each and every spot that looks kinda like in the picture.
