Fixed M60 sound not working correctly since CSLA 1.1 patch

The M60 stopped working after the CSLA update.

Wow that's cool! Thanks! Also, the op63 and m60 don't seem to have then jsrs sounds anymore they still have the default sounds

Fixed FN FAL and M21 being broken since CSLA 1.1 update

Looks like this mod breaks the m21 on the US side. Units don't spawn with the rifle anymore
