Description
This is very much a beta, still working out Balance and ideas are also welcomed.

due to the amount of issues people have had with this part: some poeple have never gone driven assimilator before. you have to select two portraits. the first one is your main race (this has to be machine) and then the second one has to be an orrganic race. other wise its spews a bunch of errors.

this is very much a power fantasy. or a very challenging adversary.

Current features
this is linked to a new origin i have added that requires you to be a driven assimilator.

1. a unique faction tech tree fior the borg only

2. Custom weapons with sounds , (cutting beams, gravimetric torpedoes and voice lines)

3. Custom auxilary components unique to the borg currently. (alcoves, drones, defence system, and transwarp bupgrade)

4. can only use armour and hull as shields are reduced to zero. but recieve a buff to hull and armour.

5. makeshift technological assimilation system (just techs you get on planet conquer or occasionaly from space battles)

6. starbases recieve custom sections and a far more powerfull than vanilla ones. as well as custojm defence modules that also add utility slots as well as weapons.

7. ships are very slow to build onsite and are also much more expensive, to compensate for this you. can build a megastructure that makes up for this slow build speed by effectively calling in ships from other galaxies. The intergalactic Transwarp hub produces a bit of every resources and allows an uplink to be installed allowing almost instant ship production. this megastructure is also dependant on you using my Borg shipset other wise you aint got no model.

8. for the AI i have set the aggressiveness to 10, vanilla is 2 for driven assimilators.

9. Fallen empires and pirates are buffed due to them getting the borg techs tiers as well. Better protect those trade routes.

00_utilites_reactors ( i found that my startbases wouldnt upgrade properly if i didnt have enough power so i added two zeroes to tarbase reactor output.)

Can you adjust the influence cost for Flagship? With Borg upgrade +400% it will exceed the 1000 threshold for influence and impossible to build.

fixed my screw up wuith defence component. and added the Borg tradition "ASSIMILATION"

now NSC compatable, defence module is changed to a sensors and is percentile so i dont have to manage 3000 power components
