Skiff Civil Starter Corvette (5-slot)

Description
A moderately more epxensive starting civil ship designed with mining and trading in mind. Has good agility, 6 small turret hardpoints (size = 1.0), and a small cargo hold. Made out of only titanium making it very light and durable.
