Description
This is an asset pack for easily installing a finely decorated Japanese house. Until now, in order to create a realistic house, it was usually necessary to place fences, outbuildings, trees, etc. one by one, but this would have taken about a billion years to create a single residential area.

This asset dramatically simplifies the placement of houses, which used to take 5 to 10 minutes per house, by creating an asset of houses with pre-installed parts such as fences, trees, and outbuildings.

It comes with 12 houses of 3 types x 4 patterns for the left corner (Corner Left), the right corner (Corner Right), and the straight part (Center).

They are not "growable" and must be placed by RICO. Also, please note that due to technical limitations, Anarchy must be turned on to place the houses.

Due to the large number of items required, please be careful not to omit any subscribed items.

Also, this asset contains a lot of experimental elements, so please report any problems.

Does anyone know how to fix the disappearing houses bug? This mod is unusable with it. This is by far the easiest and best looking Japan homes but after a few minutes the house disappear. The lot remains and it functionally is still a home but the house is visibly gone. Using the RICO fix from @zwtrccs didnt work.

@just_wolfex I have same problem. i think this is because houses are grovable, so they dissapear when have no zoning. You can change it in setings of RICO mod >> Growable options >> Growable buildings can survive outside the correct zone.

Hello, Mr. Kaminogi, I hope this message finds you well.

I come to ask for assistance with handling a visual problem I have encountered with these assets which has made my gameplay experience rather visually unpleasant. I truly love these assets as they are some of the nicest Japanese home assets I have found. However, after I have placed them for a while in my save, the houses disappear, or become invisible. It still functions as a home (Cims will enter and exit) and vehicles will appear in the garage, but the house itself disappears. Nothing has changed this for me and I'm uncertain what will fix this issue. Is there any solution?

たびたび失礼いたします。
解決したかと思いましたが、新しいマップでも再発していました。
Glowableで生えてきたのはいくつもありますが、その内のひとつは
「JPEH No8 Modern Mixed 2x2C」でした。
(Glowable不具合の再現は、待つしかないので検証が難しいですね)

一つ前のコメントでは失礼いたしました。解決いたしました。
アセット確認用セーブデータで検証していたのですが、その
環境のまま、新規ゲームを開始して再検証したところ不具合
が発生しませんでした。

いつも素晴らしいコンテンツをありがとうございます。
さて、

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
> 自然発生（Growable）ではありません。

とのことですが、RICOでローカル設定を追加して
「Growable」
のチェックを外しても自然発生してしまいます。

自然発生して困るのは、土地と建物の座標が大きくずれ
景観を著しく損ねてしまう点です。
(RICOから配置すると正常に配置されます)

解決方法としてはサブスクライブ解除も選択肢でしょうが、
工夫もせずに美しいアセットを消すのは忍びなく思います。

なにか対策のヒントとなることがありましたら、ご教示を
頂けますと嬉しく思います。

I don't know if you know this. These buildings are creating ground pollution which eventually makes them sick. This is the first time I saw a residential area creating ground pollution

Hello. I'm having a small problem when using these assets.

I'm getting a huge amount of seagulls when I use these. I'm, not sure exactly what is causing them. It's not a large problem, as the city I am making is a coastal city, though I'm sure it could be jarring for more inland projects.

Sorry if this message seems informal or impolite, I'm not well versed in Japanese speech or mannerisms.
