[WotC] Sarah Briggs Voicepack

Another quick one.

A simple voicepack of Titanfall 2's Sarah Briggs. Similar to my previously uploaded Blisk voicepack, it uses what lines were available from campaign and multiplayer. Some actions have no lines as I felt like nothing I had would fit, but maybe I can update if I somehow discover more lines/work on this some more.

Made for WotC with versions for faction heroes and SPARKs as well as regular soldiers (female, of course).

Radio-like effect has also been added.
