American LaFrance 900 Series Fire Engine

Description
American LaFrance began production of the 900 Series in 1959 and constructed multiple variants including Pumpers, Aerial Trucks, Rescues, and other Specialty vehicles. They even offered a Boeing Gas-Turbine powered version in 1960. Production continued for 15 years and ceased in 1974 after the introduction of the 1000 series and the Century series of apparatus. This model of fire engine was so successful that they could be seen almost anywhere throughout the United States and Canada from big cities to small towns; and even today frequent parades and always draw a crowd .

This Stormworks version is a faithful representation of the 900 Series Pumper circa 1967. This model is an amalgamation of several Fire Engines as so many versions and variants existed. It is capable of running and operating three discharge lines at once, plus the hose reel and the Deck Gun with zero loss to overall pressure. There is a limited amount of rescue and First-Aid equipment available as well, but as this Engine was used in the 1960's certain things like AED's will not be found on it.

SPECIFICATIONS:

- Speed: 60+ mph
- Powerful engine driven Water Pump
- 5000L/1320 Ga. Water Tank
- 'Deck Gun'/Water Cannon
- Four Hose connections that can be used simultaneously with no pressure lose
- First-Aid Kits and assorted equipment for rescues and repair

PUMP OPERATION:

- Transmission in Neutral
- Press and hold Hotkey '5' until a 'P' is visible on the "Gear Selector" display (visible on the floor)
- At the Pump Panel, the Green light marked "Pump Gear Engaged" should be lit
- Flip the "Engage Pump" switch 'ON'
- Attach a hose to one of three 'Discharge Valves' or the 'Hose Reel' and open the associated valve*
*Note: Discharge 3 is located on the Passenger Side of the Apparatus

NOTES:

- To use the Deck Gun/Water Cannon the Pump Pressure must be above 230 PSI and the Engine must be running above 880 RPM
- To increase discharge/attack line pressure increase Pump pressure via the Pump Panel Engine throttle
- Running the Engine at high RPM's unnecessarily for continued periods from the Pump Panel can result in a large consumption of fuel
- The Intake Fluid Connectors are hidden behind 'caps'; in the pictures above you can observe their locations
- Fire Fighting Outfits are hidden and not in plan sight; in the pictures above you can observe their location, there is enough for 5 Firefighters.

***Driving at high speeds at or near large dips in the road can result in vehicle damage***

KV-1, yes I can.
I am working on fixes for most of my builds currently. Due to the constant flux the game is in I've been hesitant to update things only to have them broken 2 weeks later.
Rest assured I am dealing with all issues and they will be fixed ASAP.
Thanks for your continued interest!

Hi, just wondering, is there anything you can do to fix this? It would appear the deck gun is constantly spraying water and the only fix is to disconnect it from the hose.

Legion_Geth_Platform_2A93, turn off 'infinite electricity' in your options.
That'll fix you up.
Have fun!
