ZGM 16+2 Bystrica (NATO)

I took the idea from a person on workshop that made Chernarus Zeus, so I decided why not make Bystrica Zeus. This is like the normal ZGM 16+2 Altis mission but it is on Bystrica

Summary: Nothing in this scenario is predetermined. No playthrough is the same. Every story, location and experience is invented and controlled by the game master. By Zeus.

Is there anyway to make it so that the Zeus has unlimited resources?
