Menu Coach, Ellis, and Rochelle design fix

Description
I noticed how Ellis, Coach and Rochelle had their beta designs on the main menu, it bugged me a bit so i fixed it
(ignore the tumtara map stuff on the first photo, that is a seperate mod)
