30s Constructivist Apartment

Description
This mod proposes another 1930s residential building, this time a step higher quality than the previous mod.
It's modeled after a real life building in Kharkov, barely recognizable today, after post-soviet 'renovation'.

Houses 64 adults at 80pc, and is selfheating able.

I'm considering modeling a few more 30s constructivist apartments in time, I'm thinking I might be adding them to this here mod to make a pack. TBD

oh, glad that you found the issue then (funny that I randomly clicked on this mod just now).

Oof, the game is getting hard it seems, I still haven't played it in over a year :P

hey Joe, it appears it was an electricity problem on my design ends on top of a lack of pumps ....always more pumps

About the water issue, if it's supposed to work like electricity, then I shouldn't have to do something in its scripts for it. But I have to do something, then I don't know what. I don't know what the water-related commands are :( it's a pity our scripting guide hasn't been updated in over a year :/

the water is meant to be delivered from a dedicated building in much the same way as a electricity, im not really sure a bought it aside from that, i absolutely adore the building so would love if you could fix it its one of the only 1920s buildings available on the workshop

Hmmm, I don't know much about how water works in the game, this mod was posted long before the water update.
I was told that in absence of water infrastructure, water gets delivered by truck via footpaths.
Maybe the footpaths leading to this building are not reachable by trucks in your city?
