Pelagica - Return to the Poles - Ice Scenery

The old 'Polar Plunge' mod series is being gradually reworked. These ice decorations now properly float (although they don't work with incorrectly added tanks that use the wrong access height), as well as cooling off your tank. Not intended for use with the original ice mod, although I can't exactly stop you from using both (if you prefer the older ice system that works with inconsistently modded tanks, use the old mod).
