[SP/CO-08] Dardanelles 01 Preperation

Thanks guys! Was my first arma 3 mission years ago. I think it's CiA that keeps people trying it. So thanks to them for keeping the mission active!

Ooooh, this was good, seriously. I liked this mission very much. Lots of firefights; had to scavenge some weapens for my team and me. Good story. Great!

Will do! I take it they're generally long missions, right? We just had a session with a 2+ hour mission, so we might do some shorter ones next time. Still, curious to try out one of the Dardanelles, and I'll be sure to give you some feedback.

I found your missions (and many others) by having a look at the Comrades in Arms mission spreadsheet, as I was looking for a list of Arma missions by number of available slots, for a smallish group I play with. The Dardanelles campaign was on there.

@Thirith : All AI will complete its objectives even if you're just 1 or 15 human players. If you like large operations, 3 of the Dardanelles missions fit the bill. These are company sized battles that unfold around the player(s). Of course the better the humans play, the better chance of mission success :
 Invasion
 Consolidation
 Knockdown

A bit curious. How did you find my missions?

Quick question about all of your Dardanelles missions, Weaponsfree: how well can they be played with a smaller group (say, 6-8 players) and all other friendlies controlled by AI? The missions themselves look very nice; I like missions where I feel like part of a larger operation.

I've had some issues on and off again with the boat extraction at the end. Ill take a look.
