Custom Movement Speed

Description
This simple script allows you to set up custom movement speeds for the Player and the Vehicles, including the ability to modify the Dash speed.

By default, this script will make the player faster, and the dash slower. Those settings can be changed with ease.

@(MCLP) TysonsWorldOfGames , you can easily do this by yourself, adding a touch event on snowy grounds which slows your speed and normals your speed when you touch the normal ground.

Question: Is it possible to edit movement speed depending on area/terrain? I was hoping to have slower movement across rocky/snowy ground, and faster on paved surface.
