Description
In this map there is no way to attack (besides ranged attacks) other civilizations, so you can only win through science or culture! Every player gets the same amount of resources, but the non-strategic ones are different for everyone. This is my first map, so sorry if it's bad or unbalanced.

*NOTE* Make sure to select NO city-states because this map isn't set up for them.

Standard Size (8 players)

EDIT: I tried this map out and... it's not very good. I had many boundaries beyond my mountain perimeter, and I realized during the game that Carthage could actually go over the mountains anyway.

I didn't know that! That would make this map better, but you can still accidentally claim land over the mountains in your enemies' space. I may change the thickness of the mountains to 3 or 4 thick.

There is a mod "crossroads" something, that has a very similar idea. In this scenario the author simply used a "no war" flag, which makes declaring war impossible. Sadly I don't know how to implement that in the editor.

Maybe you could use that too. I like the concept of this map :)

I didn't know because I don't have BNW, but I was able to nuke others so it kinda defeats the purpose!

As of BNW you can get XCOM squads which are basically super paratroopers that can drop in from up to 40 tiles away. There's really no way to be able to stop them except make sure the enemy NEVER gets line of sight on your territroy which is impossible if they use a spy/diplomat. Plus nuclear missles are a thing to. Soo yea. It basically just forces a military heavy civ to try and out tech the competition and get those first and absolutely oker kill with them, so it's really ancient-atomic era peace. Good effort though. That's one more map than I've ever made (none).
