Now it's a genie!

It fits into the world of Isaac a lot better, since it's populated with carious other motifs from legends and myths, so why not add another popular one!

Also, I'm sorry for these descriptions, I know they are written very poorly, but it's 3:40 AM and I am dying ^^;

The item is called Mr. Me and is a ghost in a treasure chest. It's Isaac's soul in the box he died in, it's already relevant.

I like the concept, but now it'd be even weirder if this thing shows up in a Wooden Chest, as it's no longer made of wood.

I felt MR Me already fit fairly well, there's plenty of pop culture reference's in this series (everything from Shoop da woop to Troll Bombs to Magic Mushrooms to Lemon Party to Notched Axe to Cave Story to 70% of the Babies to the entire Zelda/Rogue origins.

This works too though, you have some of the best resprites around.

Loving the Genie redesign, yet its R&M origin isnt lost
(Though for added ""comedic"" effect, it should've totally been a Modern Lamp. The ones made of ceramic, and has the bead switches)
