Starbound had it's source code leaked and decompiled.
There are some people in the community that are going to use this to make a more optimized version of the game, which would help spark life into the game.
But you want to be careful if you seek it out, there are also going to be people who will make a malicious version of it that would infect your PC.
Personally i'm going to stay on the sidelines and see what happens.
