A retexture/touch up of RHS's 6B45 and 6B47

A couple friends and I got tired of how much RHS's original Ratnik textures stick out from one another. This helps with that.

Replacement config

Note that this is a REPLACEMENT CONFIG, meaning that there are no new vests/helmets added. My textures will simply replace the existing RHS ones. They are, after all, recolors of the originals.

@kMaN sorry for the late response. Should be able to run it client-side, as long as your server is set up to allow such mods.

hey! got a template for the 6sh117 .paas? trying to retexture them myself and while I managed to find templates for the 6b45 stuff, no luck with the 117-specific files yet
