Maybe there is a mod that just draws coloured lines on the terrain: in that case it would be possible to toggle visibility.

Today, I disabled everything except Skyve, Loading Screen Mod, and Patch Loader, started a new game on a vanilla map, and still not there. I verified that the assets are there in Skyve, and they show in the asset menu, but not in game. Anyone have any advice? It's driving me nuts.
That error is harmless. It's actually recognised by the developers but shouldn't effect anything. I intend to have a look at removing it when I eventually re-install the game, but I'm concerned the necessary changes could remove any of the planning roads being used in other people's cities.
This mod worked near flawlessly for me the last time I played the game. Bridges should still be fine.
I should pay more attention to these comments. I'll modify the mod description soon to acknowledge what people have commented.
