Pelta-class frigate carrier variant

Produced by Kuat Drive Yards, the Pelta-class Frigate was a medical frigate of the Galactic Republic during the conflict of the Clone Wars; light, fast but not well equipped, the Pelta was a very good frigate, mainly used against the backdrop of large fronts, where Clone troopers must be removed from the battlefield.
Not all separatist commanders respect the fact that Pelta is not a battleship and should not be shot down.
After the Clone Wars these frigates were also used in the Galactic Empire for a short period of time; then they were discontinued from use.
The Rebel Alliance used these frigates during the Civil War as attack frigates and fighter carriers rather than as a hospital ship (the last Nebulon-B frigate that the Rebellion had until the final Battle of Endor was used for that role); even during the New Galactic Republic, Pelta-class frigates were used in many ways as cargo ships, attack ships, medical ships, and civilian ships.
Many Pelta-class frigates were present at the Battle of Exegol.
