I didnt make this, this was originally uploaded and made by CodenameZen/Zen.

i couldnt find this here on the workshop so i decided to upload it.

It's back and enhanced~!

[PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL EARLY 2008 HUD SHOWN IN FOOTAGE!]

Back in 2013 I started working on a HUD with my old friend. Now 3 years later, I've decided to continue working on this again!

This mod attempts to recreate the HUD shown in early 2008 footage, right before the game would've been a finished product. Until Valve screwed us over that is!


I've made it simple to install, just drag and drop into your addons folder!

Not sure what resolutions it works with, all I know is it works with 1920x1080

No, you can't use this HUD for your modpacks, so don't even ask. Thanks!

hud works, but the ammo counter is broken and only shows reserve ammo in l4d2 font

So did you convert this to L4D2, or just reupload the VPK meant for L4D1? Because the hud is broken in-game lol
