Tweaks powdercake to be just above unuseability.
New stats
-20 up to -3 Health
75 up to 150 Hunger
-50 up to -25 Sanity

PS: Stats are randomized between those 2 values.

This reminds me, I was gonna do a oneat function thingy so the stats change every time you eat it.
But really, this mod was just me messing around with math.random.

(note by almost never it takes 100 days of time in real life to spoil not including the multipliers by winter and summer)

For people who don't know they almost never spoil so they make good bait
great for keeping stuff like pigmen outside for full moon farming them
