Coast side Small Apartment, enjoy by the ocean
Inspired by generic small apartment from Asia, specially Japan

- there is two citizen spawn/entrance, front door and back door
- need to add AC units props

You would never ever see Samsung or LG outdoor units in Japan, the same way you wouldn't see Hitachi or Mitsubishi ones in Korea
